He established himself for 25 years as the successful manager of the well-known Ritzi Restaurant in Puerto Portals. Under his leadership, Ritzi has developed into one of the most renowned restaurants in Mallorca, known for its excellent cuisine and first-class service.
With his many years of experience in the catering industry, he has successfully built up and continuously developed Pinos from its inception. His attention to detail and pursuit of perfection are reflected in every aspect of the operation, from the careful selection of ingredients to the design of an unforgettable guest experience.
His vision for the restaurant is not only to be known as a culinary highlight, but also as a place where guests and employees alike enjoy staying and enjoying themselves.
